FAQs
How do I book an appointment?
Click on the "Book an Appointment" option, choose which branch and service you would like to book, and simple follow the guidelines and next few steps.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We're happy to welcome walk-ins whenever there isn't a scheduled fitting at the same time. That said, to make sure you get the privacy and personalized attention you deserve, we highly recommend booking an appointment in advance — you can easily do so on our website, studioceremonie.com.
Is the fitting fee deductible from my gown purchase?
Yes. Your fitting fee is fully deductible once you purchase or customize a wedding gown with Studio Ceremonie. This credit is non-transferable and can only be applied toward a wedding gown — it cannot be used for other types of gowns or products.
Please note: if your appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the fitting fee is non-refundable and this credit will no longer apply. Rescheduled appointments keep the fee intact, and it remains eligible to be deducted from your gown purchase.
Why is there a price difference for private fittings in between studios?
Pricing across our three studios reflects differences in size and capacity. Podium is our smallest and most intimate location, which is reflected in its rate. BGC and Opus are our newer, larger branches — built with more space and expanded facilities, which is why their pricing is higher.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your fitting. As we are by appointment only and accommodate a limited number of brides each day, your advance notice is truly appreciated.
Please note: cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are not eligible for a refund of the fitting fee. Reschedules, however, are welcome — any fees already paid will simply be carried over to your new appointment date.
Are your gowns for rent?
Our gowns are available for purchase only. Each piece is designed to feel special and personal, made only for you, and we preserve that by keeping every gown exclusive to purchase rather than rental. It's yours to keep and treasure long after your big day.
Do you customize gowns?
Absolutely! We specialize in custom gowns tailored to your vision and personal style. Book a consultation with our designer at studioceremonie.com, and let's bring your dream dress to life — with every detail made just for you. At Studio Ceremonie, your bridal look starts with you.
How far in advance should I begin dress shopping?
In order to ensure you're not rushed with your decision-making, we recommend that you begin dress shopping 10-12 months in advance of your wedding date.
Do you customize evening wears aside from bridal gowns?
Yes, we do! Aside from bridal gowns, we also create custom pieces for your entourage, events, proms, and special occasions-- because every moment deserves something made just for you.
Can I try on gowns during my consultation with the designer?
Trying on gowns is a separate experience from your design consultation. Since a fitting fee applies to trying on our gowns, we ask that you book a separate fitting appointment if you'd like to try pieces on. This allows your consultation to stay focused on discussing your vision and design details, while your fitting gives you dedicated time to explore and feel the gowns for yourself.
How many people can I bring to my appointment?
We believe your fitting should be a personal and intimate experience, with the focus entirely on you and the look and feeling you want to create for your wedding day. We've found that too many opinions can sometimes make the process overwhelming, so to keep things joyful and stress-free, we allow a maximum of 3 companions per bridal fitting.
Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?
Feel free to bring or wear any nude undergarments, and heels you're planning on wearing on the big day.
